1. Heat shrinkable sealing cap: inaccurate specification and size, poor material memory, long-term burning shrinkage, poor strength, etc.
2. Copper strip: uneven thickness, oxidation discoloration, insufficient tension, lotus leaf edge, insufficient softening, hard, many short ends, poor connection, falling off of paint film or zinc layer, etc.
3. Steel wire: the outer diameter is too large, the zinc layer falls off, the galvanizing is insufficient, there are many short heads, the tension is insufficient, etc.
4. Copper rod: made of recycled miscellaneous copper, oxidized and discolored surface, insufficient tension, out of roundness, etc.
5. XLPE insulating material: short scorch resistance time, easy early crosslinking, etc.
6. Silane crosslinking material: poor control of extrusion temperature, poor thermal elongation, rough surface, etc.
7. Halogen free adhesive flame retardant tape: easy to break, wrinkle of tape disc, wire drawing, poor flame retardancy, smoke, etc.
7. PP filling rope: poor material, uneven diameter, poor connection, bumps, etc.
8. PVC plastic: many impurities, unqualified thermal weight loss, pores in the extruded layer, difficult to plasticize, incorrect color, etc.
9. Glass ribbon: thick, drawn, low weaving density, mixed with organic fiber, easy to tear, etc.
10. PVC tape: too thick, insufficient tension, many short ends, uneven thickness, etc.
11. Fire resistant mica tape: delamination, insufficient tension, sticky, wrinkling of tape disc, etc.
12. Alkali free rock wool rope: uneven thickness, insufficient tension, many joints, easy powder falling, etc.
13. PE filler strip: hard, easy to break and unequal radian.
14. Non woven fabric: the actual thickness is not correct, the tension is not enough, the width is uneven, etc
